...Finally, we were put in touch with Gavin who got everything working perfectly - hot water and heating when we need it whilst still getting the energy efficiency that an ASHP is supposed to give. I can't praise him enough - he is the ASHP whisperer!

...I would definitely recommend if you have a new system and unsure it's working as expected, don't take the company's word, contact Gavin's company to get a second opinion or use them for your annual service.

Second time we have used Gavin to work on our air sourced heat pump. Arrived on time, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous and has fixed our unit. Happy to recommend this company.

Gavin was quick to respond and sorted all my problems that a previous heatpump specialist failed to repair he has also introduced a nest thermostat and fitted me an air conditioning unit can't recommend more highly

...Then how lucky were we to meet Gavin He has now sorted all of our problems out . The house is really warm plenty of hot water and has worked ever since he has fixed it and altered the settings. Gavin is so helpful and friendly and went way above what he had to do to help us out....

Can't recommend Gavin enough, we have been using his services for about 3 years now. He looks after our boiler/heater, he fixed a leak from our bath (i should add that 3 different plumbers failed to diagnose right), and hes lately fitted an aircon unit in my business, which im over the moon with. He's very professional, helpful, punctual and most honest...
